Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to all address within the UK.

Who will deliver my order?

All orders will be delivered by our preferred delivery partner in plain packaging. 

Will I need to sign for my delivery?

You do not need to sign for orders under the value of £20. Orders over the value of £20 require a signature. If nobody is available to sign for the parcel, the delivery driver will return it to the depot and leave you a missed delivery card.

 

What should I do if I haven't received my order?

Returns

We subsidise delivery cost as part of the overall product pricing, so the actual cost of delivery is not reflective in the postage costs shown. We accept returns of product which have not been opened/nor had the tamper evident seal broken, and will refund the cost of the product purchased less the actual delivery cost upon receiving the returned goods. For items sent by Royal Mail the delivery cost is £3.75 or via another courier £5.50. Viveca Biomed do not cover the cost of the return postage.  

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. For products returned to us due to incomplete or inaccurate address, the cost of the product will be refunded less the actual delivery cost incurred by Viveca Biomed and a £1 processing charge.
