Instagram LIVE: Be Your Own Health Advocate - Take Back Control Of Your Bladder

Instagram LIVE with guest speaker Julie Colan  - Thursday October 7 2021, at 3pm

This World Menopause Month, we are pleased to be joined by Julie Colan, founder of @secretwhispersuk 6-Step Kegel Kit.

Julie is a mum of two and a women’s health activist. She founded her company Secret Whispers in 2018 when she couldn’t find a product on the market to strengthen and recover her pelvic floor after childbirth.

Julie has dedicated her career to breaking taboos around incontinence.

“My goal is to empower women to talk openly about their bladder problems which will enable them to get the help and support they deserve.”

We will be chatting about being your own health advocate and how you can take back control of your bladder - whatever life stage you are in.

Julie recently exhibited at @nationalrunningshow and is a product partner @officialtgiof

We hope you can join us on Instagram LIVE for a candid chat on Thursday
