It’s so easy to start using Contrelle and you can do it in the comfort of your own home. Gentle and discreet, Contrelle is inserted and removed in a similar way to a tampon, but works very differently. It comes with a reusable applicator and there’s a string when you’re ready to remove it.
Contrelle is a disposable bladder support, offering a cleaner, fresher alternative to pads and liners. Instead of absorbing or catching bladder leaks, it supports the urethra and bladder neck to help stop leaks from happening in the first place, keeping you dry, fresh and confident.1
Contrelle is made from soft foam and is perfect for daily use or specific activities like sport, you can even keep it in place when you go to the toilet. Sitting comfortably inside the vagina, you can choose to wear it all day or just when you decide to go out dancing – no one will know it’s there.
Contrelle helps stop leaks for up to 16 hours a day and should be removed at bedtime. You can wear it every day if you want to, as long as you take it out after the recommended 16 hours. There is no need to remove it during the day, even when going to the toilet.
